Donut Chef Brick Oven Bakery has been a cherished part of the community since the 60s, when it first opened its doors as a small ice cream shop. Over time, the original family owners recognized a growing demand for fresh, homemade baked goods. What started with donuts quickly expanded to include breads, cookies, and pastries—all made from scratch using tried-and-true recipes that became a local favorite.
Donut Chef Bakery is now proudly owned by Nate and Rachael Jackson, alongside Amy and Nate Silveri, who purchased the business in 2025. As longtime small business owners themselves, both families bring hands-on experience, entrepreneurial insight, and a deep respect for locally rooted businesses.
Their shared passion lies in preserving the legacy of beloved community institutions while thoughtfully investing back into them—supporting employees, strengthening operations, and fostering sustainable growth. With a people-first approach and a commitment to quality, the ownership team is dedicated to ensuring Donut Chef continues to thrive for generations to come.
